- Consecrated items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
- Any damaged goods on arrival need to be reported by email within 48 hours and the return of such goods should be made within 7 days of purchase, shipping charges need to be prepaid by the customer.
- Please contact our customer service prior to the return, to advise them of the item that you are returning.
Note: any acceptable returns are required to be in original packaging and condition with labels attached where applicable, unworn and unused. Products where sealed boxes have been opened cannot be returned.
