Returns
- Consecrated items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
- Any damaged goods on arrival need to be reported by email within 48 hours and the return of such goods should be made within 7 days of purchase, shipping charges need to be prepaid by the customer.
- Please contact our customer service prior to the return, to advise them of the item that you are returning.
Note: any acceptable returns are required to be in original packaging and condition with labels attached where applicable, unworn and unused. Products where sealed boxes have been opened cannot be returned.
Refunds
Consecrated items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. Approved refunds will be made within 30 days of a written request. Shipping charges are not refundable.
